MATRIX & TELEGRAM COMMUNITY ROOM SERVER RULES

We sincerely appreciate your trust and interest in this service!

By using our Matrix Server, public rooms or bridges, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our set of rules (see below), our terms of service, and our privacy policy.

🧹 CONSERVE RESOURCES

Matrix is not highly efficient and requires powerful hardware. As this service is operated by an individual who incurs the associated costs, it is important to avoid certain behaviors.

These include:

• Leaving rooms (without unbridging) that are connected to large Telegram channels with thousands of users, which unnecessarily mirrors them on Matrix.
• This also applies to Discord.
• Connecting to large IRC rooms that may already exist or are already connected elsewhere.
• This naturally applies to Telegram and Discord as well.
• Using the service as a feed reader for popular Twitter hashtags.
• Using the service as a feed reader for popular blogs (such as Tumblr).
• Dumping excessive amounts of Shitposting memes on the service with your friends.

✋ MASS INVITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED

Mass invitations are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by one of our internal server moderators, you have obtained consent from the individuals you wish to invite, or you are representing an organization that requires coordinated invites for their legitimate and identifiable members.

🌈 THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR CONSPIRACY MYTHS

We do not tolerate public spaces that spread misinformation.

For example: claiming that COVID-19 is a hoax, vaccines contain tracking chips, chemtrails exist, the Earth is flat, the Flying Spaghetti Monster is not real, or any similar beliefs.

🕊️ THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR PROMOTING VIOLENCE AND/OR ILLEGAL CONTENT.

Such content includes:

• Sexual depictions of children
• Content that violates the law in Germany and/or Poland, such as Holocaust denial or Nazi symbols.
• Advocating for National Socialist ideologies
• Openly displaying or promoting extreme violence
• Content that we perceive as hateful towards specific individuals or groups, or content that encourages violence.

🛡️ REPORTING CONTENT

While many clients have a reporting feature, its moderation implementation is still limited, and your admin is not automatically notified. It is recommended to use the feature and additionally inform us via email or Matrix, providing the message ID(s) and screenshots if available. Please report any concerning content.
