3.1 USAGE OF THIS SERVICE You agree to comply with our rules (mentioned above) and adhere to German/Polish/European laws while utilizing this service. Engaging in harmful, malicious, or otherwise "mean" activities is strictly prohibited.
3.2 ILLEGAL CONTENT Any form of illegal or harmful content will be promptly removed if discovered, and it may result in the suspension or remote blocking of your account. Please reach out to us to provide relevant details if you need to report any such content.
4.1 EMAIL To create your account, you must provide a valid non-disposable email address. We utilize this email for account verification, message and invitation notifications, and password reset purposes. The specific use cases may vary depending on the service you are using, and your email address will never be shared with third parties.
4.2 MINIMUM AGE To minimize the personal data we store about you, we are unable to request parental consent for individuals aged 13 to 16. Consequently, you must be at least 16 years old to use a www.northernbytes.de service. Exceptions may be applicable according to the laws of your country of residence. www.northernbytes.de is provided without any warranty whatsoever. You use the service at your own risk. You acknowledge that we do not control any third-party content and that no form of warranty is provided at any point.
Although there may be a calling feature technically available, it operates over the internet and does not support any form of emergency calls whatsoever.
It's completely optional and up to you, if you use this service or not. No data is collected in any form. After the request is served by our NGINX-Instance, all log files are immediately discarded. No information persists after visiting the page.
